His mom asked how many others at that rank there are and he shrugged, thought about it and went, 'Um, maybe 30?' (7-9 wear the same style belt, and they're not all at the same seminars at the same time.) 'In the country? WOW.' 'Um, no, Mom. In the world.' Which, it's one (admittedly large) karate style. But still: WOW.
