a bit out of left field sorry but I couldnt help myself, as I love everything you wrote in the highlander fandom, I was curious about what your take would be on "Welcome to the Punch" it's this relatively new british cops and robbers movie with a lot of tension between the cop and the robber, (mcavoy and Black) its ok if you havent ever watched it or are clueless as to what it is... google is awesome, but if it just doesnt spark anything then some rambling about Methos stepping into something unexpected and bizarre crossover wise and still coming out on top would satisfy me any day, I'm leaving the time frame up to you... and sorry if I kinda highjacked this thing in my lurkiness ^^

Pick any day you like, but I want to hear you ramble on crossovers. You're the Queen of Crossovers, as far as I'm concerned, and have made seemingly-improbable fandoms and characters work together.

What makes a good crossover work? How do you know which characters would go well together?
