I got to an open tab with a story about Winter Soldier and people taking the 'myth' seriously.  This would be fine, except then the quote from "Manhunt" went through my brain.  The one about 'Serial killers, mad bombers, the men with guns and the ones with knives.  I hunt all of them.' (Why do I not have that quote written down somewhere?) ETA:
