I know you don't really write Man from Uncle, but... mad scientist? ;-)

And that first picture? Looked like "The scream"... Ghost.. berserker...

I don't really know!

That first picture had me thinking the Gentlemen, but that's been done, so I just don't know. And yeah, I just don't know Man from UNCLE well enough. I've now seen half the first season, but.

Thanks!!

Yeah, I figured it was a long shot. But you know, for an Uncle fan, mad scientist is kind of a "knee-jerk" reaction :-)

The black and white eps were the best (IMHO).

Yes, I can see where mad scientist goes to UNCLE! No argument at all! (Just recently saw the Elsa Lancaster ep; *chilling*.)

Avengers and Leverage would work well with mad scientist.

As for ghosts, they could probably be put into Avengers, Leverage, and Magnificent Seven fandoms without too much trouble. The characters all have unusual back stories. Why night a haunting?

I hadn't thought of Mag 7 for it, but yeah, that would work. I'd be tempted to write a ghosts vs mad scientists thing for Avengers but it's... it's an idea, but it doesn't feel like there's enough flesh on the bones to be a story. Oddly enough. (Aka, damn it! I did mention damn it, right?)

Let's go steal a ghost. (You know you want to write a Leverage/HL crossover, right?)

Hell, I've got 4k words of a HL/Leverage crossover. It just needs another 6K to finish it.

Let's go steal a ghost? Nate should totally know better. ::files idea into list; considers, adds 'ghost in the machine?' to note:: Thanks!

Well, if you add Grace Chandel to the mix, what better way to drive a mad scientist mad? (Or maybe an undead notorious art thief.) Just saying...

Grace Chandel... would flirt with Nate. Hell would, promptly, break loose. ::grins:: But thanks.

No, the problem with Leverage is that I want to play with honest to pulp magazines mad scientists or ghosts and in some ways, Leverage is too reality-grounded for that. {{hugs}} And I didn't know how to explain that until now, so thank you for that, too!

Well, looking at the last picture with Eureka in mind - I thought of an old cartoon I saw talking about in olden day wizards bent over books with glowing runes muttering strange incantations in obscure languages but now with science we have computer programmers huddled over glowing screens of words muttering strange snippets of computer languages. Perhaps someone gets transported to an alternate Eureka where everything runs by magic?

Oh, that's just an *evil* idea. ::thoughtful:: Or maybe real witches come through Eureka? (Picture three does look like an honest to gods, old-fashioned potion making witch.) I'd like to say, in advance, Poor Jack. Also, poor Vincent, who'd get the initial blame for the apple on that table.
