...and 3,000 words in one day later, I have a short story done for Girl Saves Boy. Thank gods.

Hardcopy edit tomorrow, post tomorrow night or first thing Friday morning. Yay! I'm going to make deadline! By the skin of my teeth, but hey, that counts!

Thank you! It's turning into a 'not short' one. (Not as long as Sirocco, thank goodness, but novella at this rate.)

And that pressure's off, yup. Now I need to edit 1.1 and write .2. and .3 of a horror fic for Spook Me and try to finish another, also for Spook Me.
