1) Yesterday, when I went to the car to run errands, there was a dragonfly perched on the wall. Dead-center in front of the car, up over the hood in height, and waiting for it to warm up enough for him to fly off for the day. ::laughing:: I can see why he asks!! Yeah, I'd stick with the fruit loaves too. ::amused:: I'm still not sure how a blueberry muffin recipe went wrong, though.

All whole wheat flour makes muffins very dense and heavy. I use half whole wheat and half all purpose white.

Yeah, I suspect the Greek yogurt is supposed to help with both the density and the moisture... but it did not work.

When I had a similar problem with muffins using sour cream, a friend who was a killer baker told me to up the amount. IIRC, the recipe called for 3/4 cup and she told me to use a full cup.
