Of the many things I about hate being majorly sick, I definitely hate the lack of stamina afterwards. 20 minutes on the Wii, playing balance games and doing yoga, and I'm tired. Hoo boy. Needless to say, I also hate working back up in workouts.

Although, at least with the Wii -- you only have to make it back to the couch, not the locker room, then change, then get to the car, then drive home, and then get yourself (& your stuff) up to the house. Does it at least help some?
