Of the many things I about hate being majorly sick, I definitely hate the lack of stamina afterwards.  20 minutes on the Wii, playing balance games and doing yoga, and I'm tired. Hoo boy. Needless to say, I also hate working back up in workouts.

I know what you mean. Every time I reinjure my cervical spine, I have to wait until the pain improves and start building up my work out again.

Are you fully over this last bout?

I seem to be mostly not sick now (just the usual spring allergies) but absolutely no endurance yet. Oh, well. Happens.

Although, at least with the Wii -- you only have to make it back to the couch, not the locker room, then change, then get to the car, then drive home, and then get yourself (& your stuff) up to the house. Does it at least help some?

which? The Wii? Or not having to go through that process? And when I've been this sick, I don't try going to the gym, for exactly that reason. I walk around the neighborhood.
