Anyone any good with titles?

Sep 18, 2008 22:43

For various and sundry reasons, I kinda need a name for a series of stories. Unfortunately, it's the stories with Rebecca (so far) meeting some of the Stargate people. And one word story titles are not helpful in this. Suggestions, anyone?

You are a genius and I would never have come up with that. {{hugs}} This is why I ask my friends these things!

You're welcome and I hope the title is useful. My brain is just now starting to come back online after the concussion so you got lucky, babe. ::grin:: BTW, I've forgotten: how old is Rebecca?

That is a *remarkably* bad pun and I had to go look up horn book because I'd forgotten its actual meaning and conflated it over to sailing masters' navigational logs... Too funny!

well, so far they've been about metal, so ..

All the glitters (or glisters) is not Go'auld?

If it hasn't been used by anyone else already!

from a Stargate perspective:
* Older Gods
* The Gods Themselves
* False Gods
* Gods of Men

from a Stargate X Highlander perspective:

* Gods and Princes
("gods" from SG, and "Princes...of the Universe" from HL)
* The Celestial Worthy of Numinous Treasure,
The Celestial Worthy of Primordial Beginning,
and the Celestial Worthy of the Way and Its Virtue

Huh! Those are fascinating titles, and thank you! I have a feeling the next crossover will tell me which series title to run with. I'm hunting for one to set these up as a series at the HL Fiction archive (it seems to need a name for each series to sort stories into that series; or so it looks like to me). Thank you for the suggestions!
