I'd have to agree with your first three, and for pretty much the same reasons. I'd add Robert and Gina stories to my list too.

All HL people you named and Cory Raines. Either I'm really, really bad at searching the net, or there's a huge lack of interesting Cory stories. Actually, the only one I can name from the top of my head is yours Persona Non Grata...

Huh. I don't know that many other Cory stories on the web either, although you could check the Cory Raines group on Yahoo? They might have links. (Cory's also in This Mortal Coil and In Media Res on my site, that I can think of off the top of my head.)

I agree with all your Highlander ones, and a goodly other Highlander minor characters too--all those cool immortals with all those wonderful backstories.
BTW, I share your amusement at Matthew's students--and wonder if all his other students were either on the shady side of the law (after all, he's bound to run into more of that kind of individual in his line of work) or fellow lawmen.

In Stargate Atlantis, I want to know more about Radek Zelenka--we hear tantalizing bits about the Czech scientist's family life, but we don't know how he got into the Stargate program, or why he was picked to travel to Atlantis. Ditto for Major Evan Lorne--we got tiny crumbs about his family and his artistic talents, but I want to know more about why he was picked for the Second in Command of Atlantis' military. ah well, I guess that's what fanfic is for....

Yeah, I love the minor characters in HL -- one of the best things about the show. (And in my canon, Matthew's had two other students: one was a forger, and the other a suffragette.)

Oooh, yeah, I want much more detail about Zelenka, and Lorne, and really, I'd like more about Athosian customs, and other Pegasus worlds, too.

::nodding:: Oh, I always want more fic about Haresh and Carter, and Kyra. I'm not sure I'd have anything to say about Kit, but I'll be interested to see if anyone else does!
