The haunted corn maze was a complete blast, from the undead soldiers and serial killers in the maze to the grim reaper outside who was playing air scythe to Blue Oyster Cult's "Don't Fear the Reaper." ::cheerful:: And I've written something like 8,000 words in three days and the blasted story's closer and closer to done. I'm gonna make Halloween

I had one in mind but my muses went silent on me. That is, until I started looking for wedding bands for pat_t's "Whisper" cover art. Then Methos and Duncan decided to have a snarkfest at my expense. "That one's too ornate." "That one's too plain." "And nothing Celtic." "Excuse me?" "Please. It's a cliche." "A cliche? Really? Well, I've got your 'cliche' right here." "Would you two shaddup already?" Then they decided to pout. At me. Grrr. I love our boys but they can be real pains on occasion. *laughs*
