I adore Joe. And I've always said there should be more Joe fic. After he (Jim) played for us last Sept in Vancouver, we were so blown away and said we were going to do Joe challenge stories. Sadly, real life got in the way.

::nodding:: Not nearly enough good Joe fic. And you know? Putting in HL DVDs to play in the background is dangerous! Love your icon, by the way.

(And I'd love to play in a Joe fic challenge if it's not 'til November....)

Man, I love Joe.

I've got a half-written Joe novella and a barely-begun Joe vid simmering on my back burners. A challenge might be just the thing to get me up and moving on those!

::grins at you:: Go, you, though, write that Joe fic! I'll look forward to reading them around Thanksgiving or so, when I move back out of writing mode into reading/watching mode. Ah, fall -- my productive time of year!

Oh, and I can't believe I almost missed such a glorious self-pimping opportunity. Here's my first Joe Dawson novella, The Price of Interference.

Summary:
Joe Dawson - Watcher, Vietnam vet, bartender, bluesman ... assassin?
Joe overhears a conversation never meant for his ears. The consequences will require him to reveal old secrets, face his personal demons, and take care of an unstable Immortal.

Rating:
MA for mature themes, language, intense violence, and suggestive slash dialogue.
