It looks like I will have my first CW show to watch next season, because the CW has reportedly picked up SMG's pilot "Ringer"!  Though CBS and ABC co-produced it, apparently CBS's love for SMG did not extend to the pilot.  While CBS's pass does not imbue me with enthusiasm, maybe Ringer will have a better chance on the CW anyway because it probably

It has a good supporting cast as well - Ioan Gruffudd, one of my favorite British actors, and Nestor Carbonell, who was Richard Alpert on Lost.

The irrational fangirl in me was hoping other BtVS alums would be cast in it, but I do like Ioan Gruffudd a lot.

I had the biggest crush on Ioan Gruffudd when he was in the BBC Horatio Hornblower movies!

I've only ever seen him in Fantastic Four but he was definitely one of the good parts of that movie! He's the kind of man who seems to age really well (not that he's old now, but he has a silver fox look about him that I like).
