It probably is Hermione as Bellatrix... didn't she transform before they left Shell Cottage?? but should Bill (is that Bill she is pointing the wand at?) be in the picture?

Thanks!! I forgot about that part! =) Now that I know where the scene takes place, I went and looked up that part. I believe that's Ron under Polyjuice as Dragomir Despard. They didn't want Bill and Fleur to see them off as they were going to be in disguise.

Is it wrong to say that Neville is looking rather handsome? There's a dark look about him that is terribly alluring.
