It's rather astonishing when you 4 yr old teaches you something you didn't know.
(Remember I failed Math! LOL! that's why Dh will teach her that subject!)

My dd (4) taught me what a Trapezoid is today.

That's where my kids picked it up, there is an old Steve episode where they had shapes that included the trapezoid.

I think Niels has a wooden puzzle with a trapezoid in it. Does she have something like that?

Perhaps. It's funny when they pick up things and we have no clue where it came from. Usually I discover later that whatever it is came out of my mouth, but I don't think I talk about trapezoids much, so that wouldn't apply here. ;)

I like that thought! :) But I've always had this curiosity of where they pick stuff up. They learn at such an alarming rate, it's just fun to see where things come from.
