Tho I'm very glad for you that "it's naht uh tooomah!", stretched arterial walls can pop with little to no provocation. Hopefully a doctor can shrink or reduce it without completely popping your top (microsurgery in through your eye socket, perhaps) but please, PLEASE don't just ignore it!
