Gluten-free cake?

OK, I have two (2) employees who eat gluten-free diets. I have to make cake (or cupcakes?) next week for my staff and so I'm actively seeking successful recipes -- I'm talking you've actually TASTED these recipes and they didn't make your mouth twitch.

Anyone? Beuller?

Flowerless cakes which use ground nuts as the base are spectacular.

You might want to aim for gluten free recipes from people who have baked them at altitude. Mile high baking can be so fun....
