New workspace

How long do they estimate the additions to take and will your new workspace be pretty bare?

Flat roofs are the bane of house existence. I don't know which idiot architects ever thought flat roofs were a good idea. As you say, they all leak, every single one of them. Usually about 3 weeks after you've repaired one leak, is when the next leak will start.
