No, I'm not talking about basketball. I'm a football guy, mostly. A little baseball on the side. But I don't follow basketball, or hockey, or soccer, or tennis, or golf ( Read more... )

Added POV characters? sourbillytipton March 18 2017, 22:59:39 UTC
Have you been able to tell the story without adding any POV characters? Apart from the prologue and epilogue of course.

It's good to be busy!!, I bet even you can look back to times when you didn't really know what to do or what you'd be doing to a certain extent, I for one love to check in here from time to time to see what your up to, it makes me even happier as a fan the fact you're so busy with so many brilliant things that are either finished, or are in the pipeline , as it only means that there is going to be so many more awesome things for us all to enjoy!!.
I know you wouldn't release anything unless you are happy with it and that only means what you do release is going to be the best!!.
Big, big thumbs up sir! Keep up the awesome work and keep up with the living life too!!

Big love from England!

I know it's unlikely that you'll respond, especially considering that you specifically said you can't talk about it yet, but seeing as there's no harm in trying, perhaps you might do the slightest of hint as to whether the HBO-stuff is related to the bigger ASOIAF-universe or if it's related to... say Wild Cards in any way?

Wild Cards is being developed at Universal. Since I am exclusive to HBO, I cannot be involved.

My hope is that the powers to be at Universal will do a faithful adaptation of the books. With twenty-three volumes in print, hundreds of stories and more characters than I can count, they certainly have a wealth of material.

I've never read wild cards but love everything set in ASOIAF.

Looking to get into something new whilst waiting for WOW. Where should I start in the Wild Card series??

WILD CARDS (volume one), INSIDE STRAIGHT, and FORT FREAK are all good entry points.
