The Jean Cocteau Cinema is a movie theatre, first and foremost, but it is also a venue for live music, magic, and comedy, a meeting hall for community events, a bookstore offering a cool selection of autographed books... and an art gallery ( Read more... )

This guy has some serious talent!

How are you going to be displaying his art? Did he send canvases or prints?
Will there be prints available for purchase?

I love Donato Giancola's work. The 2015 a Song of Ice and Fire calendar is so incredibly detailed and beautiful.

Wish I lived anywhere near this. Since discovering him through you I've discovered he's truly one of the great talents of our time. His Joan of Arc is one of the best paintings I've seen... anywhere, ever!

He has one called "Cartographer" as well that is striking. The girl is just hauntingly beautiful, mysterious in a way. She hits you the same way Mona Lisa does where you want to know what's happening behind those eyes.

Really not an exaggeration. If those reading this comment haven't seen a lot of his work and love art, I suggest you do. Superb stuff...

Purchased the calendar a few months ago and cannot wait to display it in the New Year! Only a few weeks left!

Wow, Donato's artwork looks fantastic! I will definitely be on the lookout for this calendar once I can get to Christmas shopping (I know.. a bit late to be going to the crazy malls now, gotta love finals week!).

Quick question regarding his artwork: I noticed he actually went and did different horn styles for Rhaegal, Viserion, and Drogon. Did you always envision the dragons to appear differently from each other than just their colouring patterns?

Thanks for all of the great work and looking forward to more works in the future. :)
