So far, the response has been great.  Both the physical and digital editions debuted on Amazon as #1 in Comics & Graphic Novels: Fantasy, ahead of many great works.  And the physical edition rose to the Top 600 in Books.

The graphic novel of THE HEDGE KNIGHT also saw a boost, rising to #2 in Comics & Graphic Novels: Fantasy.

I didn't realize... arksa_apocrypha February 16 2014, 20:58:44 UTC
Did not know these were part of the GoT books so to speak. Enjoying greatly the main books now. Currently on A Feast for Crows. I had decided HBO's GoT series to be simply the best thing in the last half century. Then came the 3rd season's twists and decided I would have to devour these massive tomes of yours. Excellent books. Have to scratch my head over HBO's changes to the story though. Now I will have to read your other works good ser =D.

"Now I will have to read your other works" is music to my ears. I hope you will enjoy them.

The Dunk & Egg stories are prequels to A SONG OF ICE & FIRE, set some ninety years earlier in the history of Westeros.

Oh, yes, do read them! "Dying of the Light" and "Windhaven" and "Sandkings" are my favourites. It drives me crazy when friends or colleagues complain that they can't find anything to read after ASOIAF. Part of what makes a book/series so enjoyable is the writer, yet somehow people doubt this fact with GRRM, and thus they won't check out his other stuff. Bah!

Anyway, I'd absolutely love for a one volume edition of all three Dunk and Egg stories to be released... I'm not so much a fan of graphic novels. I want the stories told from George or not at all. :I

Will the novels for the Dunk and Egg series become more easily available sometime soon? Been trying to get my hands on them for some time, but they are difficult to acquire.

Excellent news. I LOVE my 2 graphic novels so much. So pleased I got them both when they first came out in their complete editions, though I had the devil's own job getting hold of The Hedge Knight from Amazon UK due to frequent delays. I usually read them at least twice a year. I enjoyed The Mystery Knight too so i know I will love the graphic novel of that as well. It's already on my mental "to buy" list, alongside the world book that's coming out later this year.

May I suggest a graphic novel of The Princess and the Queen? I know that would go down well with a lot of the fans.

I sincerely enjoyed all three of the prequels.
Good work as always. I hope that we can learn more
about The Disaster at Summerhall in the next one
whenever it comes out.

I recommend Fevre Dream and The Skin Trade, Arksa.
I think you'll enjoy them.

Monthy Python? ext_2434540 February 16 2014, 22:24:25 UTC
Hey Grrm!
I always wanted to read more of you, but in my country only Asoiaf are available.
Hopefully, that will change i hope, but there is something i have noticed about Dunk and Egg, they seem somewhat similar to Monthy Python and his movie The Holy Grail. Both are pretty funny, so i wonder i if you was ever inspired or drew something from that movie, it would be cool to know.
happy for this anyway!
