Bantam has informed me that world record holder Roy Dotrice has been signed to read the audiobook of A DANCE WITH DRAGONS. Schedules are being set even as I type.

I have read and listened to all the books several times. I love listening to Mr. Dotrice read the first three books.

But, try as I might, I have a very difficult time listening to FfC. I am sure he is a good reader. But, he is no Roy Dotrice.

Thank you all involved in securing Roy Dotrice to read DANCE. And, thank you Mr. Martin for Righting such a wonderful epic.

It looks like the badge for Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE)

The medal is the badge of the Order of the British Empire, of which he's an Officer.
