Girl I'm supposed to go on a diet to get back down to a weight that fits my height, but I've been skipping on it. I don't mind working out really, but it gets boring very quickly to me. So basically all I do now is dance, which helped me lose a ton of weight in 09.
I could have went to a gym that only cost $10 a month, but my damn doctor refused to sign the slip because she wasn't affiliated with the hospital that runs the gym. I mean WTF kind of reason is that?
Good luck! I work out so much (virtually constantly) these days that it's pretty much second nature to me, so if you ever need advice or encouragement, just hit me up. ^^
If you develop muscle, your weight will remain constant, because muscle is more dense than fat, so don't take lack of fluctuation in your weight as a bad thing if you're working out to burn it
As to uplifting workout/losing weight stories... well... I've never had a problem with excessive weight, but my sedentary lifestyle struck me as unhealthy, so I joined a boxing gym when I entered college, and trained to the point that I could finally start amateur boxing. Now I'm in the best shape of my life, preparing to go into my fifth official match in less than 24 hours.
