Believe me, I am also looking forward with sadistic pleasure to pointing out to them how freakin' annoying it is. How reluctant it makes people to go back to them because they NEVER WANT TO GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN.

oh god, i put a free aol trial on my laptop before i got wireless dsl and it was a month free then you pay, so I called to cancel before the month was up. He tried SO hard to keep me on. I let him rabmle then her saw how many hours I spend online and offered to extend my trial for a nother month free. I knew it was gonna be hard to cancel next time but I let him. Then when the time came to cancel THAT I got my mother to call. lol

Becasue she's great at talking down sales people. lol She was polite then turned into bitchy customer, 'I'm sorry, I know you have ot do this but is there any way you don't have to ask me all these questions becasue I just want to cancel' Finally got it done though.
