Okay, the iClone saga. I'm cutting for space, because I don't use the word "saga" lightly. I need to get all the facts down because this might get uglier before it's over. He's obviously a liar, liar pants on fire and you need to resolve it with ebay quickly. I nearly lost several hundred dollars trying to give someone the benefit of the doubt. I came close to going over the dispute deadline.

How should I resolve it with eBay? All I know how to do is open a claim against him, and they advise waiting like 30 days before doing so.

Yup, file a claim. If you don't have your money back by then do it the second it hits 30 days. I hope you get the cash, but somehow I don't think so. :(

Never mind. I checked out the page (10-60 days after an auction, so I've got plenty of time).

It will be fun explaining my complaint to them, it seems really convoluted and complicated, and their forms tend to favor simplicity. We'll see. I gave the guy by this week to offer some response, so I think Sunday I'll be within my rights to file.

You've left out an option for "you're the most impatientest person I know, but I find your rage both inspiring (because I'm a wimp who'd still be waiting) and adorable". I'm abstaining.

Along with making you funny x2, does this Motorola have movie-watching capabilities?

Yes, yes it does. And even .wmv files, not some bizarre obscure file type which is all the iClone would handle. The screen's a little smaller, and depending on the file it sometimes doesn't even use the whole screen, but so far I'm quite pleased. Because funny x2 was an unadvertised bonus!

Hey, hey, hey. Don't get all snarky because you aren't .mp4 savvy. :) I'm so happy you now know the joy of being able to carry around in your pockets movie, YouTube clips, and even porn. This is going to change your life. And probably the life of whoever stands behind you in line from now on.

Perhaps they should include funny x2 on the label from now on. Like if they did a study of people with this phone, and only you showed signs of increased funniness, they'd still have to warn potential customers of the chance that they too are at risk of becoming funnier. That's the law.
