Leverage Con

Dammit.  Fickleone had told me yesterday that the "gold-equivalent" ticket for the upcoming Leverage con was $300.  That put it out of my price range right now.  Too bad since the con's in my backyard.  But I wasn't overly bummed.  I figured I may bye a day ticket or something when the con gets closer.

Awww, you could still go, even if you don't pay at the $300 level.

It's kind of serendipitous for me, because it turns out Mr. Z will be down there for lacrosse that weekend, so I can go to the con during the day while he's playing and then we'll hang out together in the evenings.

I'm gonna just get a weekend pass and we'll stay at our favorite Portland hotel, which is not far from the Governor, but cheaper. I'm not gonna go to the evening events, cuz I won't know anyone there and I'm too shy to go alone. It'll be fun though! I'm excited!

I may still go. But it will likely only be one of the day or weekend passes. And I may have to wait a bit to purchase. So we'll see if this thing sells out fast. I need to check in with my cohort to see what she's thinking. I only know that we are definitely (possibly maybe definitely...) not doing the $300 tickets.

I know I can't do the $300. Maybe the general admission. How much is the set tour? That would be cool. (I know. I oould just look it up myself. Lazy!)
