Biting is okay all around. Fighting is situation dependant. Killing is very situation dependant, and i'm too sleepy to know what they are. However, if it comes up, just pm me. I'm easy.

You can feel free to fight either Itachi or Soi Fong. Both will fight back, though. And their fighting back would make it difficult for him to bite or kill them, since they're both pretty powerful and skilled. THOUGH FEEL FREE TO TRY.

Attempts for both characters are A-OK! Though attacking a mage who can conjure sunlight is perhaps not the best move a vampire could make. He's still welcome to try. >D

I am also sort of not sure about how much Tara counts as a holy object, since she's a mostly-enlightened bodhisattva with kung fu Buddha powers, but we'll handle that if it comes up.

JUST TO PISS ME OFF the Buffy-verse never really deals with any religion but Christianity. BUT Joss is an atheist and they pretty much backgrounded that the holy objects only work because of the power emotionally/spiritually invested in them by humans. So I'd say Tara would be limited to her kung fu Buddha powers.
