I love the idea of Holland/Canada. I almost wish there was a canon Netherlands because then maybe there would be the awesome adventures of Netherlands and Canada and the fangirl in me would be satiated!

I, personally, always imagined him as tall, really gangly, with light blonde hair that's kind of scruff, and mussy. I really like the way you've portrayed him, though :) I never thought of him with stubble, I always imagined him just not giving a shit.
(I think if England ever visited the Netherlands, he'd probably have a heart attack. Netherlands would be all, "Whatevs. Want a joint?")
