How do i become a member to this site and how do i use layouts? Help me

Well, look in the sidebar of the community and under Navigation, you'll see "Join" click that and you'll be joined.

Then, go back to the sidebar of the community and click "FAQs" and that should answer anymore questions you may have. If it doesn't, ask in that post for help.
