Can Charles read your character's mind?: Tony: generally no (hi computer brain), Mara: yes, but expect Jedi resistance, Mitchell: No (weirder computer brain than Tony), Allison: yes, Illidan: yes, Megamind: yes!
Can Charles talk to your character by slipping his sensual British voice into your character's unwitting head?: yes to all!
Charles insert images into your character's mind (primarily students, but others can be applicable as well)?: yes to all!

Note: Tony has resistances, but with voices and imagery, he can be accepting of it! At least when it comes to emma frost, but that might be because she's a hot chick :B

Two things, though: if distance is an issue, he's not usually in the City; and he has some kind of canon mental block things for telepaths that I remember nothing about. I mean, Xavier could get through them anyway because he's Xavier, but I figured I would note...that they exist idk HEH
