Professor Charles Francis Xavier (yes that is completely necessary) is a ~telepath~. Not to be a dick, but he's also the most powerful telepath in the Marvel Universe. He can read minds, among many other things-though his mind-reading capabilities are the most important in this City. He's been here for a while, and he's getting more comfortable now and has less reservations about reading others' minds while in the City-so this is where you come in!
Can Charles read your character's mind?
Can Charles talk to your character by slipping his sensual British voice into your character's unwitting head?
Can Charles insert images into your character's mind (primarily students, but others can be applicable as well)?
Please let me know here!
Note: In the case of students, Charles will sometimes use his ability to input images into your characters' mind to punish them if they are not paying attention. Images would be pretty tame, usually something like "haha your grandmother in nothing but her underwear". They'll never be violent or triggering.
