Hey Bev, I absolutely don't mind if you friend me - in fact, I'll do the same! :-) I do teach also - English. Unfortunately, I did not make my icon myself (I am clueless at those things) but icono_filth has a number of excellent ones over at the SW_icons community. I don't think it says anything under "You were the chosen one"...I think it's just lines. Good to meet you!
I also see you're from GA - me too! Columbus. Also that you like David Eddings...bonus! Love him. Did you prefer the Belgariad or the Mallorean? And did you find that "Belgarath" and "Polgara" were flatter than you expected? That last book...I've forgotten the name, but the one with the House at the Edge of the World...was odd.
