So, it's been YEARS since I was active in the Harry Potter community... watching DH pt1 last night made me wonder how the fandom is doing. And I'm having a hard time finding anything new.

Anyone on my flist know where to look for current Harry Potter fandom? Like fanfiction and challenges etc?  I've been searching LJ but most comms haven't been

The SnarryAThon just finished up - I think there were almost 100 fics and art. It posted in the snape-potter comm. When you said Snape-centric, did you mean Harry/Snape too? or just gen type fics that focus on Snape?

It's not all of the highest quality, and the comm itself is a bit hard to navigate with no tags, but if you dig through and find a few authors you like, it's a good place to start. I've found a few Snape-centric stories here and there, but the newer ones tend to focus on his return from the grave after Deathly Hallows.

Hmm, I'd be interested in "return" fics. Love to see how people would raise him from the dead.
