Companies have a certain structure of employees who work 1 hour a day, send administration emails for the rest 2, talk to their colleagues for another 2 and do personal stuff for 3. Or employees who work on one order line for 30 minutes. You are either slow or too fast. Which person works 8 hours a day and manages to finish everything while having

but if companies only hired the number of people they actually need, unemployment would be a bit steep.

on the other hand, in hungary, its normally the other way round. not enough people for too much work = lots of overtime, no time for holiday!

I don't get it either. I worked 4 hours or so today and now I don't know what I will do the rest of the week. I need to work slower or get more comfortable doing personal stuff at work.

I am trying both and I still only work about an hour a day tops...
