Ambir enjoys the chain letters and viral social networking. So per her request I'm posting 10 weird things about me. I encourage you to do the same, especially if you don't want to.
  1. I think it will be really hard to think of 10 things, because I am probably the most balanced and well adjusted person I know.
  2. Despite the fact that it is ( Read more... )

Wow when did your spelling improve so drastically? I was just reading through that.... at one point in time for a long time there seemed to be a lot of spelling errors in your posts...

Fire fox now has an integrated spell check for text fields that don't suck (like myspaces). The dictionary is somewhat limited, but I get by. Having it constantly check things as I type them is also helping me to learn how to spell the words I usually have problems with.

Is your D&D character an Assmaster?

By the way, on the topic of you not freaking out, I still wake up in cold sweats after dreaming of your leisurely packing up your bag in Europe.

Funny story. Was watching V for Vendetta with Daniels. The crazy miltary dictator is rambling on.

Matt: "Makes me feel like I'm playing D&D in one of Johann's worlds."

That is the awesomest movie ever. After seeing it I considered getting a poster and some action figures and making a shrine in my living room. And while spiritually that felt like it'd be really cool, realistically I knew it would be totally gay.

And I do love the military dictators and plot elements that are hostile to PCs. Plus have the plot elements be crazy and disorienting, like life. So I'll take it as a complement despite the fact that he may well have meant it as a detractor.

Ya, sorry we missed those trains, but if I just jammed everything in there I'd have to do it again right later anyway. Keep in mind that I was carrying about 20 more pounds than you, because I had never backpacked before. It turned out alright though... mostly. Next time we're definitely getting rail passes though.

If I were to build a shrine, it would be like the shrine V built for that gal. Also though, you have a very good point about spiritually versus realistically. I think my favorite part of the movie is when he's talking to the masses about how society is their fault. Everyone of them. "I know why you did it, I know you were scared, but it is still the choice you made."

And yeah, Matt probably meant it as a insult, but frankly, I love that shit. I have always enjoyed your worlds, for that very reason, it's not a given. D&D is stupid if you're invincible.

Also, Europe totally worked out. It was awesome, I just wanted to kill you sometimes...but that's how it goes right? :)
