Actually, that was the subject of a recent huge debate on a list for writers I'm on. When some others started digging behind the headlines, it turned out that the kid was actually arrested for buying loads of illegal weapons and trying to get some gang together to launch an armed coup of the school (of all weird possible things). Weird, huh? :)
