Dude! That is so many kinds of EXCELLENT. I love it, it has a plot, it makes sense, and yet it has that fantastic crossover flavour. And, Margaret! You have her so right! The way she reacts to the Doctor with such calm aplomb, the way she disarms him with how awesome she is! And Hawkeye has met Four. Obviously. That makes perfect sense.

Oh, and this line:

After all, just because Colonel Flagg never was who he said he was, it didn’t mean he wasn’t who he said he might not be

ahahahaha. Yes, precisely. I'd forgotten about the greatness that was Colonel Flagg. Oh, this story is fabulous, and thank you much for it. <3 <3

And Hawkeye has met Four. Obviously. That makes perfect sense.

Right? In my mental back-story Hawkeye was really influenced by Four, and Ten was influenced by Hawkeye in turn. (In fact, I suspect it was Hawkeye who sent Ten back to fix that mess, but as Margaret would be deeply Not Impressed with time travel and all things timey-wimey, this couldn't really be explained clearly.)
