Iona, you are lovely. I cannot tell you how much pleasure I got out of conspiring about this project for a month, imagining your reaction, and then finally getting to see it. And I know other people feel the same. That's more than thanks enough already.

What Leigh said. I'd say it in my own words, but revision is killing me and I have no words left. (This is not strictly true. I have lots of words, but most of them are things like deontology and areatic and suboptimific which don't help very much with anything that isn't normative ethics.)
