A Condiment Shelf?

What the frack?  Where have I been for 38 years?  I've been "schooled" in the fine art of refrigerator organization recently.

Ok, I know the basics.  Don't put things that will spoil in the door, because the temperature is constantly changing and they will go bad much quicker if they are in the door.  Big things like milk go on the tall shelf....
