And crashing into hello time! XD tanks4thememory December 22 2011, 07:10:55 UTC
Clu had been heading back to his appartment, processing maybe detouring to the park for a little while, rather than heading straight there, when a program suddenly stumbled out of a sidestreet, nearly running into him. "Whoa, easy there," Clu said, reaching out automatically to catch and steady the apparently dazed program.

She was significantly shorter than he was, but felt very solidly-coded despite her size. Her brown hair was cut short, in a similar manner to Radia's, and her circuits, which he noted were somewhat sparse, were blue-white. Clu wondered if she might be from system security, but now wasn't really the time to ask.

A much more pertinent question came first. "Are you OK?"

Heeee! And she gets her first big brother! tron_ja307020 December 22 2011, 11:46:01 UTC
She was momentarily startled and drawn out of her confusion by the voice, sparing the briefest of glances back at the Program, a scowl on her face.

"I...seem to have suffered a glitch of some sort. Or there was an unauthorized transfer I wasn't aware of? I'll have to consult Yori, he'll know." Her voice was mostly rattling, thinking out loud until she turned to fully look at the Program who had steadied her, only to find herself staring at a form completely covered in yellow circuits.

She paused, her eyes narrowing as she stepped back and looked him up and down. Most Programs didn't wear that color, not on the Grid. It was still frowned upon, and she hadn't seen one in...so many cycles. When a information collection Program named Trojan had decided to try his hand at throwing his weight around when he'd come in fresh from the Internet.

"Identify, Program."

Aaaaand cue confusion. XD tanks4thememory December 25 2011, 05:11:04 UTC
As the program explained what had happened to her, the reason for her disorientation became clear; the potral must have just brought her in from some other system, or perhaps some other version of the Grid. Clu was about to reply when something about her reply struck him as odd, namely, the fact that she referred to Yori as a male. It was entirely possible that she was refering to some other program, of couse, but it didn't sound that way.

Come to process t, there was something... vaguely familliar about her, even though Clu was certain he'd never seen the woman before in his runtime. After a moment spent calculating on these oddities, he finally answered her. "I... guess you could call it an unauthorized transfer, yeah. Though the details of it will definitely take some explaining."

It wasn't until she turned to face him, however, that Clu noticed the distinct pattern of four glowwing squares at her colarbone. Only one program wore that pattern. "Tron?" He hadn't meant to just blurt it out like that, but he couldn't help himself. ( ... )

The circuitry of the program that backed blindly into Yori was as familiar to her as her own, but the face and the body were utterly different. Yori reached out a hand to steady the other woman - woman? - as she looked down at her face with a reassuring smile.

"Are you okay? Is there a problem in the alley?"

Most likely, the Tron-circuited program was suffering disorientation from being pulled from her own Grid. No matter if that was true or not, Yori couldn't dismiss the possibility that something hostile was present.
