I don't think I need to repeat my reactions again....no I do: DDDDDDDDDDD: Please dont be true D: I mean D: Yeah D: I think you get the point D: T.T =.=
Seriously, I think the stylists needs to take a break I mean...just look at the outfits. T.T what ever happened to the good fashionable outfits T.T
The irony is that fashion is going back in time and bringing old things back i.e. leggings, converses, big old sweaters that count as a dress, etc.
Hopefully, its just one of those fake teaser pics cause they usually release individual photos first...or did they release the group pic first for Genie? IDK, just hopefully this is a fluke and the real one is coming out in just a few minutes or tomorrow D:
What the heck? Why are half of the members rocking fierce (I see your sexy face, Yul!) and the other half donning smiles of "yay, fun!"? I'm so confused. Cause the girls themselves are confused on what is going on with the outfits that half of them thinks its a sexy/fierce concept while the other half is thinking its a cute concept XD FAIL!stylist FAIL. You even got your clients as confused as you. LOL
Big hair and plaids?! Why so ugly, SM? What ever happened to creating the fashionable leader of girlgroups out there?!
I literally screamed when I saw the picture. But! Everyone asked "how will they dance in roller skates?!" when the Gee teaser pics came out. ... So maybe my fembot in tight silver catsuits concept will still prevail :D
I spot crimping in maknae's hair. And bigger crimps in Fany's. Double hair buns on Hyo?! Ohhhhh, they've done everything I specifically prayed against!
Apparently Kenzie did ITNW and Himnae too, so that's...not too bad. But ITNW was only cool because of the dancing, and Himnae is a...a side "b" promotion song, so to speak. Am not looking forward to possible sexed-up chorus, with such an open-ended title either.
I KNOW! IT'S THE RETURN OF THE CRIMPING, WHY?!?!?! SM hates me so much.
ITNW had good lyrics. "Himnae" was also upbeat. But if the new single is in line with those, it'll be kind of jarring coming after "Genie."
LOL, it is bad that I'd be so amused at sexualized "ohs" ("ahs" but close enough!). It's sad that the reason I enjoy listening to this cover so much is when the girls get their chorusy parts.
And how does one put that concept next to a cheor by a fierce cheorographer? The mind boggles, honestly. I find it interesting that for the last mini album, they were all "oh we want to mature and try different things", but not so much for this album.
I don't know if they'll drop the MV before the album release, although that's what they normally do, right? They might choose to not show the cheoro in the MV, like BEG did for Sign, though.
Well, they--SooYoung specifically on SSTP?--did say they'd step back into cute with the next song, but this is . . . literally a step back into time. The choreographer choice is now even more confusing to me, just as Rino had been confusing to me once I'd seen the military concept for "Genie." In other words, I'm expecting something different from Bustamante's body of work.
SM's MVing has been pretty standard in its close ups, some scenery shots, and dance shots all mixed together. They're fans of the cut-every-second editing technique. D: The audio usually comes out before the MV, I think? I'm not sure about the album coming out before the MV.

Sunny's shoes are the only problem here and they can give her a real pair of heels. *still loling*

But after the awesome teaser pics for Gee and Genie, this is...this is going back to "SPAO calender" styling.
And Kenzie?! What decent song has he ever written for the girls?

This might merit facebook-status ranting.
