I SO RULE.

And the crack so FLOWS between us. (There needs to be moar, Nao.)

I must write Agressive!Olivia more often. Hmm... *plots*

LOL. It's not quite the level of crack we had been at though. I mean, Roy/Riza/Fuhrer/Fuhrer's wife? That was crack. Maybe we need Olivia/Fuhrer/Hawkeye(/Roy) so that the Fuhrer can put them all in their places. Selim can watch. He would probably even direct.

... Okay, that was so wrong.

One of these days, I will write that fic. Yes, that fic. ...Selim watching.. he'd probably do a "I'm too good for crude human devices" or something strange.

I like your characterization of Olivia! I think it works!

Good lord, there's enough subtext in this story to choke a cow. Not that that's a bad thing of course.

One really minor thing. You need to replace second with first in this paragraph:

Olivia nodded slowly, considering. “Really. I didn’t take you for an ambitious soldier, Hawkeye.” She gave the second lieutenant a once over with her eyes. “That greenhorn Mustang must have rubbed off on you.”

Done, and thank you! My brain must have taken a vacation at that point. =)

My original intent was to make it maintext... but that never happened. Not that my brain doesn't absolutely love the idea of Olivia/Hawkeye, but the way this fic turned out left little room for me to comfortably do it. That and maybe the RoyAi-minded part of me didn't see a way I could happily resolve the tension with Roy looming so prominently in the background.

Thanks for reading and commenting!

Just have Roy join in! But he has to be on the bottom, because that's where he belongs.

My brain just snapped. Thanks. That would involve too much taunting and name-calling. The neighbors would protest. Hawkeye would have to threaten them both to shut up. Roy might listen, but Olivia probably wouldn't. And can you just imagine the "My sword is longer and better" comments? ... Stopping. Stopping now.

I LOVED this - There needs to be so much more Olivia Armstrong fic. Easily my favorite part was her walking through Central and having to take her coat off before she got home. Just that bit of "I'm far far away from home," was so... I don't even know the word. Bittersweet? It really seemed to fit with the character, anyway.

Agreed, agreed, agreed.

LOL! Forgive me, but that seems like such a random part to like. =D I'm glad you liked the story though. Thank you for reading and commenting.

You're absolutely right - it IS a random part to like, but I thought it spoke volumes about Olivia and her adjustment to living in Central again. It's those little things that really complete the characterization in your story, and it was just a neat touch I appreciated.
