I've been wanting to ask this for such a long time now. Fast forward to the series finale of Greys Anatomy. I know, we don't want to think about it, but it will happen sooner or later! Agreed. I'm hoping she goes Neuro, Alex goes Gynie squad, and obviously Cristina will follow Burke. I don't know about Meredith or George yet, hmm.

I definitely think Alex will go gynie, I mean he's basically told Sloan to f*** off at this point, and he's been ASKING Addison to scrub in on her surgeries, and I don't think it's just because he thinks she's hot.

I think George'll actually end up general, Meredith for me is a toss up.... although I lean towards neuro because you don't have to be particularly fast, just very precise... which feels more meredith to me than say cardio, although I agree with other people who say she may end up as a general surgeon.

Hmm...so much to ponder....
I think that Burke and Cristina will have their ups and downs, but will make it in the long run, and by the finale I'm guessing they'll be married. Meredith and Derek will DEFINITELY be together but I can't envision an on-screen wedding for them. Way too mushy. If there were a wedding, I'd predict Izzie and Alex.
I also think at least one cast member will be dead, but that might just be my morbid side trying to balance things out after predicting an Alex/Izzie wedding.

Other than that, it's hard to say, because I'm not sure what characters will be left if the spin-off actually happens.
