So... I just found those Grey's Anatomy Spoilers about the upcoming episode (including the Season Finale) on tvline com and I thought, some of you might be interested in the Spoilers and what I have to say about them :-)

I believe in the real medical world, failing boards means that you are not board certified in that specialty, and you can indeed try again. In Shondaland, things work differently, so I don't know.
