Thank you. Sex scenes are so hard for me, I'm glad to know this worked.

I know you called this a PWP, and I guess it is, but really, there's so much of their personalities here that I can see it as part of a much larger arc. You managed, even in a PWP, to show so much about their larger relationship.

And did I mention hot?

Well done.

Thanks! I'm really glad to hear that the characterization worked for you, because I struggle a little bit, trying to get my head wrapped around Erica.

I have to admit, this story came about because I tried to write Callie and Erica having sex right after the parking lot scene, but I kept tripping up over the dental dams that they would have to use, because Callie had recently slept with the biggest slut at Seattle Grace. (Gloves I think are sexy. Condoms I am neutral on. Dental dams are so not sexy to me.)

I am really glad to hear, too, that the sex worked, because I find sex scenes very difficult to write.

Hiya!

Hey, I read this story ages ago on Ao3, probably one of the first grey’s fics I ever read years ago because of a Callica obsession.

I remember then at the time thinking it was really cool the way you talked about them using protection during sex and how this one is purposely set after they’d been STI tested.

It was the first fic id ever seen like that and I wanted to say it was really inspiring at the time and really cool to discover now (today) how you always had view about safer sex in fanfiction which I think is super cool and important!

Thanks Zvi, and have a great day. Erm yeah it’s been YEARS since this post, but still thanks!

Hot and sweet...

"Erica had reached the place without words": just one line to say everything...

Thank you for sharing!

This was recently recommended to me and I love it. Sorry I missed it at the time, but it's quite awesome!

This was recently recommended. I gotta admit as I started, I wasn't sure I wanted to finish. Not that I'm a prude or anything, just that it seemed a bit much for Our Favorite "We Can Be Scared Together" Couple, ya know? Then I got to the part about the blood test results, felt a little bad for not including this in my own fanfiction, and figured what the hell, I've come this far (no pun intended), I may as well finish.

That said, the fisting and Callie's rough talk seemed OOC, but that sure didn't stop me from reading! This was hot and butch and tough as nails. And since Callie and Erica never got to six months on the show, who can argue that it didn't, er, "go down" like this?

Well, this was written over the fourth season summer hiatus, so we left them kissing in the parking lot and nobody had any idea how much experience Erica had. Many of us suspected that she was gay, gay, gay a lot. Turned out not so much.

And I wrote Callie as sexually aggressive (because, again, we hadn't seen her interaction with Erica) based on her sexual interaction with George and Mark, where she was aggressive.

So, yeah, it got pretty badly jossed, but, I have to admit, I like my version 900% better.
