I'm designing a butterfly garden for the deck. I'm very excited. I imagine it will be easier to keep plants alive when they're not where the cats can eat them (Charlotte, who also then throws them up) or dig them up and sit on them (Lilith, who apparently thinks she can hatch seedlings). dude, we also went to town with the plant type creatures this weekend. I planted like 3 packets of Basil seeds, many a flower, dill, rosemary, chives, thyme and cilantro...pretty sure i'm forgetting something. Either way we be growing enough herbs to open a restaurant \m/

oo I totally agree with you on the bee balm. It's wonderful.. I can't wait to get my herb garden up and running again. This spring business is taking it's sweet time showing up around these parts tho..the snow just doesn't want to let go.

That cat vid is hilarious. I just saw it the first time last week. I really liked Oscar's feline arts.. especially his postmodern cardboard deconstruction.
