wee! baby's coming! i'm feeling sorry for em though...she must be really scared. seeing her mom is pain.

This was very exciting to write. Waited like forever to do it, lol. But yes, I definitely think Emily has always been in-tune to what goes on with her parents, and to see Meredith obviously in pain would freak her out.

I’ve been lurking and lurking hoping and at the same time seeing an update because it signals the end of this beautifully amazing story. I’ve read each of the parts more than once, and it really was time to comment, because I have loved each of them tremendously.

Reading this part, Meredith’s last few weeks of pregnancy how he was there for her to listen and talk, and what a concept on what they licking the side walk (gross LOL).

I love how you showed us how this couple went from heartbreak and emotional and physical detachment to such amazing intimacy again. The way you described how her labor started, his support, dropping off Emily…all of it was beautifully written and one of the very best approaches to Meredith having a baby EVER on ficland.

Never underestimate the power of 'Would You Rather'! It can pass hours of time, haha!!

I'm working on an update, I promise! It's a combination of a broken computer and lots of busy weeks at work. I guess a part of me also is sad to write this, just because I know it's the last one and I've worked on it for so long. It is about half done though, and I'm snowed in this weekend so I hope to be able to work on it some more! Thanks so much for your thoughtful and kind words!
