My interview in Oxnard got canceled. In the last 7 days I've driven more than 1,000 miles, so on one hand I'm relieved not to have to drive the 400 miles tonight (after getting in from a 300 mile drive at 11 PM last night, sleeping like crap, getting up at 6 AM to pick up the dog from the doggie hotel, then putting in a full day of brain-numbing

I had to drive from SF to Davis and back twice last week. Then it was up to Shasta to meet my folks this weekend. Madness.

Oddly, the driving has been the most relaxing time I've had in the past week. Since I can't do anything else, I can just turn off my brain and ignore all the other stuff that I should do.
