It's Been a Helluva Week
So on Monday, my dad kicked me out of the house for not finding a joke of his funny, and for daring to make a joke of my own in return. Things escalated from there, but that's the beginning and biggest problem. Right now, I'm staying with a friend while my son is at his dad's, but because I was working on home-improvement projects for my father, the ungrateful jerk, instead of job-hunting, I'm pretty close to broke. I've got a little over $100 until I get a job---ANY job, though I'm working on finishing up getting into my field of interior design. At any rate, though, I've got car insurance due and not enough money to pay for it. So I've set up a PayPal account and I am humbly asking anyone to help out in any way you can.
Dad, oathbreaker that he is, tossed me out with only what I could grab, despite promising never to do so, and he's keeping all my things, including boots, my winter coat, both my diplomas, and other things I either bought with my own money, back when I was working, or were given or inherited from people who are not him. Rumor has it that he even took his insane rage out on my cat, by dumping the innocent animal at the pound, but I can't confirm that. I'd like to put it past him, but then again, I'd like to put oathbreaking past him, too, and he already did that. It's ok, the gods take a dim view of oathbreakers.
But anyway, I'm homeless and broke and humbly requesting donations. I need between $200-$500 for insurance, depending on how long I can pay for (longer being better and less worry if the insurance is paid up for the next half-year, but I'll most certainly take whatever help I can get) and whatever above that for living expenses, future moving expenses, and a professional wardrobe of some sort, since that man kept nearly all my clothes.
Anyone who can help, even just by boosting the signal, will really save my bacon. I knew my dad could be a jerk who threw temper tantrums, but I never thought he'd become a bully like this, even though my mom and his mom (my nana) both warned me about this. He's turned into everything he ever hated, and is doing things he's condemned others for pulling. *sigh*
But yeah, please help. I can't stay where I am much past the new year, so I'll need setting-up expenses even if I land a fabulous job by the end of the week.
