Your icon wounds me.

My next excuse would have been that I had lent my body out to a foreign consciousness in a serious OOC moment that no one will ever mention again.

That's it! We're through! I'll save my kisses for someone who will appreciate them!

*snort* ooooooooookay...considering my playlist on Spotify is full of fluffy pop, your list is baffling me generally ;) I did find Shinedown on Spotify but had to stop when they started to make my head hurt...

Pfft! Do not try to make sense of my playlist -- there is none. *g* I seem to ping between hard rock, a mix of fluffy pop/obscene rap, and pop country.

For a gentler side of Shinedown, you may like "Second Chance". (Oh, but check out the Saving Abel song listed above if you haven't heard it. I think it might be to your taste.)

Hmm, don't know that song...but the band name amuses me (as so many do! ^_-)

Hrm... not sure what kind of music you listen to... but you might like it!

I think some bands are in a secret competition to one-up each other on strange names.

I like...um...a crazy huge range of music, so there's a good chance that I would! ^_-

Yeeeah, I'd totally buy that! Though I think some of the Japanese band names top all. "The Michelle Gun Elephant" "Bump of Chicken" "Porno graffitti". I think they sometimes just open dictionaries and throw darts...^_-

Bump of Chicken never fails to crack me up when I see it appear on Naye's music field *g* Although I'm thinking I might have to check out "Porno graffitti" on principle alone.

While I don't know Veer Union, I approve of the Metallica/Apocalyptica and the Hans Zimmer!

I think I added the Veer Union song over the weekend, so it's possible they're a brand new band.

I approve of the Metallica/Apocalyptica and the Hans Zimmer!

Hans Zimmer is my homeboy (and inspiration)! I've got every piece of music he's composed for the PotC movies, and usually put it on shuffle when writing.

Apocalyptica is a recent discovery of mine -- I never knew that I could love a cello so much! And so viddable too! If I only had the time...

I love lots of movie OSTs, but the three PotC soundtracks are possibly my favorites - they're fantastic (the first one's not really Zimmer's, though! XP) I don't write to music much, but I like to read to it on the train.

Been an Apocalyptica fan for a while (before I knew much Metallica, actually) - first thing I heard by them was their version of "One," went and bought a CD the next chance I got. And I adore any version of "Nothing Else Matters," so...

I have to have music on while I'm driving, otherwise I start to get really bored... which, ah, is not a good thing, because my mind starts to wander otherwise.

but the three PotC soundtracks are possibly my favorites

Is it bad that I'm almost more excited for the possibility of a new series of movies for the prospect of new soundtracks, rather than for the continuing adventures of Jack Sparrow?

And I adore any version of "Nothing Else Matters," so...

Oh man, I love their version of "Nothing Else Matters"! Whenever it comes up on shuffle I usually replay it several times before letting it go on to something else. I'm also really fond of their version of "Hall of the Mountain King". I love that cello.

Aw, is that because I was one of your lifelines during last year's big bang?!! Hmm, going to look the song up, don't know it offhand!

<- And hey, look, a lifeline icon, how apt!! *g*

You complete me, leesa_perrie *g* Actually, it's rather amusing the connections my iPhone's shuffle function came up with. Hey, at least you didn't get Sophie B. Hawkins ;)

*phew* That was close! Nothing personal, but you're not Rodney!

Off to do this... erm... as soon as my iPod has charged up enough! It is really so long since I used it that the battery has gone flat? *sigh* Seems like it!!

Why does everyone keep saying that? D:

Well... you could always use your computer's playlist too. I'm at work so I'm limited to the iPhone, which has only a small sampling of my playlist. Otherwise I'm sure these dedications would be even more interesting.
