That is totally the cover for an Indian pop rap band, the kind that looks like a boyband but, as their publicist will tell you, totally really isn't, not even a little bit. They would each have a color of visored hat that they wear that they'd use to refer to themselves like "Hi! I'm Vidur and I am the Red one!"

They'd totally be a foreign sensation on MTV.

BWAH! That's probably a pretty close description! The best I could come up with was some bizarre alternative or hard rock group, but those are usually less surreal and just more... disturbing.
